In 1990 a remarkable impulse was given to sales on the Italian private market by the establishment of the NEXTEL NATIONAL DEALERS NETWORK , which counts on more then 150 of the best interconnect companies available in the Italian market today.

In 1991 Nextel Telecomunicaciones was appointed as official supplier of "Telefonica" Spanish National Telephone Company and NEXTEL DKX PLUS ISDN SYSTEMS has been selected by "Telefonica" for its most important customers.

Today more then 150.000 systems and 600.000 Key telephones have been installed in Italy and Spain , with a failure rate of less then one tenth of one per cent: quite a record. This record has been possible because NEXTEL Telephone Systems are manufactured in Japan ,the factory in Maebashi is one of the most advanced in the world, fully computerized, and highly automated. Quality control is very intensive.

Every piece of equipment is checked before shipment. Every circuit, every function in every phone, is computer tested after assembly.This attention to detail has resulted in a quality level that is extraordinary in telephone manufacturing.

NEXTEL Telephone systems are manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9000 standards and the ETSI specifications for the European market so they have been approved by Italian and Spanish Telecommunications Authorities.
